Job description
IMI is a healthcare tech startup created and advised by top medical and technological experts from leading institutions, hospitals, and companies such as Stanford, UCSF, and Google. Our team is fun, passionate, and multinational, spanning from the Bay Area, US to Saigon, Vietnam.
We’re looking for an experienced full-stack developer with a good engineering background to join our team. Ideal candidate would be someone who loves the startup culture and is self-motivated. You will have the opportunity to work closely with an amazing team that has a diverse background in web development, medical domain, and machine learning.
The candidate is expected to be able to learn from an existing codebase and extend its functionalities. We also expect the candidate to manage time well, can break work into small tasks, and be proactive in finding solutions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with an amazing team that has a diverse background and grows fast.
Requirements
Good programming skills with NodeJS, React, Google Cloud
Knowledge about Golang is a plus
Deeply understand non blocking asynchronous programming
Experienced in designing performance, caching techniques, system scaling, real time application
Being serious about code quality, familiar with unit testing
Working with TDD is a plus.
Knowledge of Machine Learning is a plus.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from an accredited University.
Working location: Bay Area, Ho Chi Minh city, or remote

We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team. Ideal candidate would be someone who loves the startup culture and is self-motivated. You will have the opportunity to work closely with an amazing team that has a diverse background in full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills.
As a Product Design, you will ensure our products and features are valuable for people, easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution.
Responsibilities
Create wireframes/storyboards, website mockups, visual prototypes to support products
Analyzing user feedback and activity
The UX, UI, and visual design of the website by balancing the needs of our users, our design aesthetic, and the objectives of the business
Collaborating with the Business and Tech teams to assess product requirements and translate them into compelling designs that optimize the user experience
Building rapid high fidelity prototypes, landing pages, and marketing assets
Creating iterative designs that meet project objectives and incorporate feedback, analytics, and user testing
Confidently presenting design ideas and recommendations to the team
Keeping abreast of current design tools, techniques, and technologies
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Human Computer Interaction and Design (graphic, visual communications, interaction, product, etc)
A strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and visual design work for mobile and desktop
Strong user-centered design process.
Strong work ethic and the utmost attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn about data, AI, and Machine Learning.
Fluent in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and Miro
Knowledge of how mocks translate to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver feasible designs
Working location: Bay Area, Ho Chi Minh city, or remote
